Corrections Policy

Exact-product and safety-sensitive publishing needs a visible correction path.

What to report

  • Wrong model, ASIN, generation, cartridge, or seller substitution.
  • Changed manual, operating limit, warranty, certification, or recall.
  • Unsupported health, contaminant, installation, or performance language.
  • A broken source, affiliate link, or inaccessible page.

Our process

  1. Record the report and freeze the affected claim if the risk warrants it.
  2. Recheck exact product, primary sources, certification record, and current listing.
  3. Correct, qualify, remove, or retire the content.
  4. Update the reviewed date only for a material review and preserve a correction note where readers need it.

Contact opens with the final domain

The correction mailbox will be activated after the user purchases and configures the final domain. We do not publish a non-operational address in the pre-launch build.
